Return Policy

At BELVIBEAUTY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help with a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please contact us immediately at hello@belvibeauty.com. To expedite the process, provide necessary information and photographic/video evidence of the damage for our investigation.
  • Damaged Packaging: If the box or packaging of your product is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo before opening it. This allows us to assess the damage accurately and provide the best solution for you.
  • Shipping Considerations: While we take every precaution to package items securely, minimal dents or scuffing may occur during courier shipment. Additionally, slight dusting around the outside of palettes is normal and not considered damage.

Customer Order Returns

Currently, BELVIBEAUTY does not facilitate returns of customer orders directly. We recommend that you establish your own return policy to address any customer return requests.

Returned Products: If a customer returns a product to our warehouse, we will notify you promptly. The returned product will be added back to your inventory, available for future order fulfillment by toggling the "fulfill with inventory" option in our system.

Return Processing Fee: Please note, a $3 return processing fee will be charged for every returned order to cover handling and processing costs.
